Tyler Harkness and David Forman are attorneys at Tonkon Torp LLP. They are actively involved in Portland’s entrepreneur community and work with and advise startup companies regarding a wide range of legal and business issues, including corporate financing. Tyler Harkness regularly speaks to entrepreneurs and startup investors on topics relevant to startup investing. He recently concluded a multi-year tenure on the Oregon Entrepreneurs Network Board of Directors. David Forman has been actively serving Portland’s startup community for over 25 years. He was instrumental in the formation of OBI and continues to serve as its general counsel, and he has worked with dozens of bioscience startup companies throughout his career.
