We must recognize and envision a radically different future for an equitable recovery after the coronavirus pandemic recedes. Without big changes, the system will just rebuild itself along the well-worn paths of our unjust and unsustainable history. A radically different future is going to require radically different systems.
During this session, individuals working in three industries (transportation, food, and apparel) will have brief conversations with each other about what the future industry would need to look like to be clean and equitable. We’ll then look at the common themes across these industries and discuss actionable steps that are needed to achieve this greater future.
