My demonstrated leadership strengths are complimented by a proven background in driving cultural improvements and building and developing top-performing teams. Serving as an integral member of executive leadership teams with expertise in key management functions, including product development, RA/QA, channel management, commercial leadership, strategic and tactical marketing, R&D management and fiscal oversight. Based on my combined leadership and hands-on experience, I have the ability to grasp and convey complex technical and scientific information within a business environment.

Charla Triplett brings more than two decades of experience in seamlessly connecting academia, business, startups, non-profits, and venture capital. With a background in bioengineering, she possesses extensive knowledge in digital health, biosensors, medtech, and the life sciences. Throughout her career, Charla has been highly sought after as a mentor, advisor, and connector within the industry. She is a Founding Partner at Suncoast Ventures and recently joined University Lab Partners as the Director of Acceleration, where she leads the effort to empower and accelerate scalable companies in the life science and medical technology sectors. Her previous roles encompass a diverse array of responsibilities including business development and strategic partnership engagements in Biomedical Engineering, interactive digital marketing, and medical device product development.
