CAREER MAPPING
When speaking with recruiters and talent professionals across the tech sector about the challenges they experience you will often hear about engagement and retention. While career mapping is not going to solve all of your problems in these areas it can create clearer advancement paths which can help grow in-house talent.
In this workshop, you will learn some simple career mapping frameworks you can put into place as an employee or employer (and why it’s so important to you both!) This process can help leaders create methods for individual advancement within their company or organization, resulting in a fabulously collaborative way to improve employee retention and grow tech talent organically. Join us for an interactive workshop led by Stephanie Smith, Co-Founder & Consultant, and Heather Stewart, Director of Coaching Services, of Carpenter Smith Consulting, on Thursday, July 15th at 4:00 PM where we will explore what these processes can look like.
