Health extends beyond interactions in the office. Our panelists give insight on whole health programs as an additive to the patient journey and transitioning from provider to home care. They will also look at bridging the gap between CBOs, public health, and primary care.
Beginning with a fireside chat/interview, engaging in a rich discussion around the end user and the patient. The program will then move to a panel discussion with four brilliant Health Tech professionals. After the panel discussion, attendees break out into small table groups and continue the conversation with other attendees. We will end the afternoon with a reception serving drinks and appetizers.
