This course is designed to help first-time entrepreneurs learn the first steps in launching a startup, and is offered quarterly. Both sessions next week are free, registration required:

Part 2 – Thursday, June 4, 12-1:30pm: Setting Up and Legally Protecting Your Company. How do you set up and legally protect a business?  This workshop will follow up on the prior session and focus on setting up a legal entity for your business, establishing founders’ ownership and protecting the company’s intellectual property rights. The presenter is Ann McQuesten, corporate attorney at Perkins Coie LLP.
