David Rice is a partner at Miller Nash Graham & Dunn with over twenty years of experience providing strategic advice to clients on data privacy and security, data breaches, technology transactions, and cloud services and infrastructure. A significant part of David’s practice includes providing compliance advice regarding the California Consumer Privacy Act and General Data Protection Regulation as well as other privacy laws, data security audits, handling numerous data incidents, conducting employee cybersecurity training, and managing vendor contracting involving data security. David is a certified information privacy professional (CIPP-US).
