In this session, Dr. Martinez will share some best practices related to being a good ally and confronting prejudice in workplace (and other) contexts. He will also devote quite a bit of time to addressing participants’ questions about stereotypes, racism, sexism, language, and any other topics related to diversity and inclusion.

Join our Virtual Lunch & Learn with Dr. Larry Martinez, Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at PSU. Dr. Martinez’s work is focused on inclusion, diversity, stereotyping, prejudice, and discrimination in the workplace and has been published in the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Journal of Business and Psychology, Journal of Vocational Behavior, and several other journals. He serves on the editorial boards of the Journal of Business and Psychology, Psychology of Sexual Orientation and Gender Diversity, and Journal of Homosexuality.
