All in the biotechnology startup ecosystem are welcome and encouraged to attend. We would like to connect clinicians, any one that takes care of patients, with technology people to help our patients. We would love to have nurses represented! We will have an expert speaker, a 5-minute pitch, and networking.
Tom Beer, MD, Deputy Director, Knight Cancer Research Institute; Chief Medical Officer, Cancer Early Detection Advanced Research (CEDAR) Center, Dr. Beer leads the Prostate Cancer Research Program at OHSU, has extensive experience in translational research, and led the global clinical trial for enzalutamide for the treatment of advanced prostate cancer. Dr. Beer is an inventor and business owner.
Elliott Parker, CEO, Additive Care, a medical 3D printing company for patient specific preoperative replicas for hospitals and surgeons that translates MRI and CT data into manufactured products for simulations in high risk surgeries.
