Redefining Culture through Renewed Mission and Values
Company culture can be defined as a set of shared values, goals, attitudes and practices that characterize an organization. The last few years have challenged the way we work and why. With the absence of four walls to encapsulate a company’s culture we must reassess what is important for the organization as well as its employees. This 45 minute session will help you to redefine your company culture so that you may attract, retain, and grow your organization to its fullest potential.

Effective Change Communication
Every organization should ensure that all of its employees are receiving the same messaging in the most logical way. Communication should provide reasoning behind changes to the culture, mission, values, leaderships and especially so when the news may not be positive in nature. This panel conversation will provide pragmatic advice on how to talk and communicate with everyone at your organization and how to create feedback loops that provide efficiencies and positive change.
