In this week’s program we’ll visit with ScienceWorks Hands-on Museum, located in Ashland, Oregon. We’ll learn more about ScienceWorks commitment to inspiring wonder and stimulating creative exploration through fun interactive science.
Panelists:
Erin Endress, Executive Director, ScienceWorks. Erin has worked in the museum field for nearly two decades with experience in living history programming, exhibit design, collections management and team leadership. She has been part of the ScienceWorks team for four years and values the impact informal education and open exploration of ideas can have on young minds.
Ash Friend, Director of Education. Ash has worked at ScienceWorks for 5 years and has an extensive background in lab science and informal education. He keeps educational content engaging and accessible for visitors of all ages.
Barbara Hurd, Director of Business Development and Marketing, Biomed Diagnostics. Biomed manufactures InVitro diagnostics tests, prepared culture media for specimen transport, culture and detection of infectious disease. Biomed has been a sponsor and supporter of the ScienceWorks museum.
