Marketing can be extremely tricky even during the best of times, but during a crisis it calls for a more well-thought-out approach that will need to be closely monitored and constantly adjusted to respond to a changing landscape of events.

The crisis surrounding COVID-19 has created tremendous upheaval in the world of marketing where budgets are being cut and reallocated, headcount is being reduced, and outsourcing is on the rise – even as fundamental building blocks are expected to remain intact.
