The OBI is located in the heart of Portland’s health and sciences epicenter on the South Waterfront, within walking distance of the OUS/OHSU Collaborative Life Sciences Building and OHSU’s Center for Health and Healing.

Renovations to the existing space began in December 2012 and included a build-out of individual labs, offices, shared conference and equipment facilities and administrative areas. Renovations will be complete by late spring 2013.
