The OTRADI Bioscience Incubator (OBI) will provide office and laboratory space for up to six bioscience companies. The OBI will primarily house bioscience companies, including those focused on therapeutics, diagnostics, life science products and medical devices.

Several area bioscience companies have already reserved approximately 50 percent of the OBI space, including local companies Aronora and AbSci. Throughout 2013, OTRADI will seek bioscience tenants to lease the remaining space.

Event guests can park in the Willamette Wharf building parking lot without a permit or charge after 5 p.m.
